SHIPPING OPTIONS

Sephardic Warehouse offers Standard Shipping as well as the option to ship your order with UPS 

Sephardicwarehouse.com and it's operators reserve the right to determine at it's sole discretion the shipping method and carrier for all Standard Shipping orders, this includes but is not limited to USPS Media Mail service, in house or third party delivery services. If you chose UPS Shipping we will make every effort to ship with them, however if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your order / package is ineligible for shipping via UPS or is more expensive than the rates calculated by our system (and what you paid) we reserve the right to ship your order with a different carrier.

SHIPPING TIMES

All shipping time estimates are just that - estimates, SephardicWarehouse.com & its operators take no responsibility for third party delays or late arrivals.

Shipping estimates represent transit time, please bear in mind that your order can take at least 1-2 business days to process & pack. In the event that something is out of stock (due to inventory discrepancies or damaged goods) we will try notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel your order, however it is the customers sole responsibility to look out for tracking information in the email inbox that they provide during checkout, if you do not see tracking information after 2 business days you may contact us to find out the cause of the delay.

MISC

Sephardic Warehouse takes no responsibility for "Porch Pirates" and will not refund or replace items that were stolen or went missing at the customers address.

If your package gets lost in transit we will initiate an investigation with the carrier, no orders will be refunded or Replaced at our expense until the completion of any such investigation. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary; Sephardic Warehouse will only refund or replace packages / orders if & when it is determined that the package / order was indeed lost in transit & is unrecoverable.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Wholesale orders are subject to terms negotiated with us and are typically not eligible for free shipping in any way. In the absence of any negotiated shipping terms, the terms will be set according to our sole discretion and decisions.
